Flat terraces are highly vulnerable to leakage, especially when water stagnates due to poor slope or improper construction. Over time, low-quality materials or uneven levels can worsen the problem.

Traditionally, many contractors attempt to fix such issues by applying cement-sand plaster to level the roof surface. While this may provide a temporary solution, temperature changes cause cracks to form, and water quickly penetrates again. Cement plaster alone cannot provide long-term protection against leakage.

At Waterseal, we use advanced PSV chemical coating systems – a modern, cement-free solution designed to resist water penetration, even when stagnant water remains on uneven terrace surfaces for a long time.

We also treat critical areas such as boundary walls and roof joints (commonly known as watas), which are typical entry points for leakage. By using special PPC mat strips combined with PSV chemical, we effectively seal joints and reinforce cracks.
